港鐵 MTR 人工及福利

雖然MTR HR是有把員工分階級制, 但大多都是同工不同酬, 視乎入職前向HR爭取到的薪酬位置和將來的表現應該加薪的比率. 所以很多人於網絡上分享, MTR HR招聘大多都是用中位數作薪酬參考, 不大於中位數多數都會接受.
除了基本薪金外, 12月會發第13個月的薪金, 7月會發約1.x個月的Bonus; 更有職員免費乘車 (MTR).
